QUALITY COMICS ships GLOBALLY as well as within the Western Hemisphere.
We ship only via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We do not use "Media Mail" or Ground/Surface. We do offer other means such as Fed Ex and UPS. Also "Express" and Overnight shipping at different rates than quoted for USPS and will incur extra fees.

We combine shipping and HANDLING CHARGES on multiple purchases and any significant "overcharges" will be refunded.
We ordinarily try to process and ship the same day as order and transaction is completed. Barring any complication our shipping window is usually 1 to 5 days.
With more than 4 decades of experience in this field we ship in what many of our customers have called "Bullet Proof Shipping" according to their reviews. We take extra care to make sure the item arrives at its destination in the same condition it was ordered in. In the unlikely event that something goes very wrong we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.
We occasionally accept "returns" but only on items that are not as described or that may have a dramatic issue that we were unaware of at the time of its listing description. It is your responsibility to alert us immediately, within 24 hours, if there is a problem with the item you received that was not detected or described by us so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier during shipping. If this is important to you please request added insurance.
