Hi! Thank you for shopping with us! I'm selling off my comic collection to pay the ambulance and hospital bills for our now-two-year-old son, who has multiple life-threatening and life-altering disabilities. Thank you for considering us!

Shipping:

Graded Comics: Graded comics ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx (our choice) with signature delivery confirmation – it's the only way I am able to verify if the item arrived at your address. I'm not liable for stolen items once delivered - mail theft happens to me, too. Graded comics may gain Newton rings in transit - I will not grant refunds for these. CGC says this is somewhat expected and it does not diminish the grade.

Graphic novels: All items ship securely - sealed shut from water and mailed in a rigid envelope or Gemini-type mailer. I pack items securely to hedge against the shippers or others throwing them around or putting heavy stuff on top.

Raw comics: Chances are, unless you’re buying a raw comic that’s marked “reader copy,” you care about things like spine tics, reader’s markers, scratches, dent, color rub, discoloration, blunt corners, water damage, etc. I do, too. I will package your raw comic(s) between sturdy cardboard and, where necessary or helpful, bubble wrap/honeycomb wrap. I’ll try to make these watertight, too, and I won’t use excessive tape nor any tape that can’t be cut through by a very shallow utility knife cut.

Problems: If there’s any problem, please contact me, and please do so before leaving negative feedback. I wish to make sales satisfactory to buyers.

I will work with you if there’s a tracking problem with the shipper and ask that you do what’s necessary on your end. Your local USPS will help track items by the GPS with the truck and tracking bar code scanner, something I can’t request on my end, as far as I’ve seen. I cannot issue refunds for lost items unless they are returned to me. If I need to pay to re-accept the item, I will deduct the original shipping price and any fees from the refund. If you still wish to have the item, please arrange/pay for the new shipping by sending me a label by link or by PayPal. Do let me know and provide photographic evidence if your item is considerably damaged. I'm not liable for damage caused by the shippers but if an item was insured, I can file a claim.
