Zorro #0 (1993) mid-grade signed by Mike Mayhew. As you can see this book certainly has some flaws, like the imperfection by the top staple on the back cover. Unfortunately this is how it was sent to me when it was sold as near mint. It's clearly not, but it is signed. Please see photos for condition as I am not a professional grader.
