What is “new store stock”......
– COMICS which would be found on your local comic bookstore’s shelf. Most though have never seen the shelf though, being bagged and boarded immediately upon arrival. We would grade these at at 9.0 or above. We may possibly note the grade too. Individual comics are usually bagged and boarded. Sets of 2 or more comics are usually packed in one polypro bag.
– TOYS AND FIGURES which would be found on your local comic bookstore’s shelf. Item is not opened unless we have checked conditon prior to shipping. We really do not want to send you a figurine with the characters hand broken off. Box may have very minor shelf wear, but if we feel it distracts from the value we will either contact you or acquire from the distributor a better one.

~ We ship all comic books in cardboard T-Folders Or Additionally protected Photo Mailers.
~ Toy, Action Figure, Non Comic Item are packed in size specific boxes or priority packaging provided by USPS.
~ All Packages Will Be Provided a Tracking Number
~ Most packages do not include an invoice / packing slip
~ We ship either First Class Mail or Media Mail for comics, books, and dvds. We must ship by Media Mail when certain weight restrictions apply (over 15 ounces) when the customer does not choose Priority Mail. This usually applies with combined shipments.

Shipments beyond the 48 continental states (hawaii, alaska, puerto
Rico, guam) may take longer than noted by Hip to receive especially if
Shipped via media mail. Choose first class or priority for faster shipping.

~ shipments to correctional facilities will have the proper paperwork provided in the package. We do ship many packages to facilities, but please be aware of what the facility will accept or reject. Many times it is up to the warden as to what is ok, and what is not. Any items returned to us from a correctional facility will incur a 50% restock fee plus the cost of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Many of our items are shipped through Hip's Global Shipping Program. Shipping, fees, VATs etc will show upon final checkout. We do though ship many items direct from our warehouse internationally. Combined Shipping
Yes we can combine shipping for items in stock. Combined shipping can not apply when in stock and advance orders are placed together. If by chance that happens, your entire order will ship on the date any advance orders are scheduled for. If your order does not automatically combine shipping, please request an invoice. If you accidently pay non combined shipping, you must contact us for a partial refund of postage fees.
Toy, Action Figure, Non Comic Items may possibly be combined at a rate lower than sending separately. Contact us or request an invoice.

Advance & Pre-Orders
We do not bull#$@T you about shipping dates. We ship within 24 hours of the date noted on the listing unless a problem arises. If there are any problems we will contact you promptly.

Comic Book Return Policy: We guarantee are books to be as described. Problems do arise or opinions vary as to grading, so you have A 30 day period to return the book for a full refund if you feel the book is not graded properly. We do check books a second time prior to shipping to confirm our grading. Please check the scans carefully and ask any questions you may have prior to purchase or bidding.
