These books are unopened and in pristine condition.  They are most certainly  9.8 NM-MT quality books with any grading company in my opinion, and quite frankly I feel should be considered for 9.9 Mint.   One thing IS for sure....  You are NOT finding a nicer copies of these books any time soon....... Not on this planet
