Three comics that were summer blockbusters in 1980, '81' and '82!  X-MEN ANNUAL #4, 5, and 6 brought 52 pages each of Chris Claremont-scripted excitement to kids sitting under shady trees enjoying their summer vacation with the mutants of X-MEN!

John Romita Jr. provided the art for "Nightcrawler's Inferno" in Annual #4, wherein we get the full origin of Nightcrawler.   The X-MEN and guest star DR. STRANGE try to rescue Kurt from his foster mother's hell.   Amanda Sefton is Kurt's long lost love Jimaine. 

Annual #5 features the art of Brent Anderson as Claremont tells the story of "Ou, La La -- Badoon!".  The X-MEN and the Invisible Girl travel to Arkon's world to save the rest of the FF (who have been captured) and free Arkon's people from a Badoon invasion.

And we get the distinctive art of Bill Sienkiewicz in Annual #6's "Blood Feud!", as Dracula demands Storm's aid in obtaining the Darkhold so no one else will have the power to banish him, . . . but a dark and sinister Kitty intervenes.

These are fresh and pristine copies with no faults or blemishes that we can see!  An obvious 9.0 VF/NM  . . for which  Overstreet suggests a combined price tag of $36.00.  How does a 'MARVELous' price of $26 sound? That's a deal no one else on HipComic can beat!
