This book has deep rich color and decent eye-appeal on this all time classic very first issue of X-Men cover. With cream pages and cream inner covers. With a light stain at the outer-edge next to Marvel Girl's hand along with creasings at the lower-outer end on the front cover. There are creasings at the upper back cover with very slight wear at the upper-staple on the spine but generally the book is well attached at both the spine and the centerfold!
With wear appropriate to grade. We will guarantee 1/2 a grade via CGC as we are being very picky with the grade. Which means if it goes below GD we will offer to take it back but other than that is sold as is so buyers be advised. The book presents itself fairly well. These books are screaming out at double-guide or more as Coverprice just listed this as the 2nd all-time sought after book right below Spider-Man 1 wow wow wow!
