Comic Books don't get much better than this beauty! The book display Like New NM quality with VERY minimal to no wear. The book has outstanding presentation with a perfect cover wrap. Couple tiny spine ticks keeps me from calling it a solid 9.6 NM+ book. I definitely feel the book without question pulls a 9.4 NM with any grading company. Good luck finding a nicer copy of this classic X-Factor book.
