When are your operation hours?
 
Our in office hours are Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm. We are not open on weekends, so if you send us a request on Friday evening we won't get back to you until Monday afternoon. Please don't take it as us ignoring you! We will work on your request Monday and get back to you as soon as we can. Also, if you order from us on a Friday evening or Saturday morning we won't start processing your order until we open on Monday. That means on Monday it will be pulled and prepped for shipping, then picked up by the postman on Tuesday morning.

When will you ship my item? The tracking hasn't moved.

We realize you're eager to get your item, so if the tracking hasn't moved in a few days please don't be concerned. We give the postman a lot of packages daily, sometimes as many as 100, so he does not scan each item for us upon pickup as he says it would be too time consuming for him to do so. If you get a tracking number from us, that’s almost always means your item was picked up by the postman the next business day. The USPS is also imperfect. There are times when the tracking won't even show movement until it's in your area's regional distribution center. This is normal in our experience.
