Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage rusty staples a musty smell foxing along the spine that has caused 2 inches of spine splitting and other defects. I would call it around a 2.0 gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
