I've had them for many years.NO, the book pictured within the Fortress case is NOT included. I took the pics before removing the book. I left it in the case to aid in presentation. All of the cases that I list are complete, except that some may be missing a few screws which may be easily purchased at any hardware store. Some will have Phillips head screws, some will have flat tip screw heads, and some will have some combination of the two.Scratches, scuffs, etc. are common and sometimes difficult to adequately show in the pics. But, as the pics show, when there's a book within them the scuffs are not obtrusive.The one pictured in the pics is the one that you will receive.These things are heavy. I need to put the postage at $15 in the eventuality that, because of your location, a flat rate medium size USPS box is the cheapest option. That being said, it's also worth mentioning that I can get several in one package with no additional postage charge.Also, if I can ship for significantly less than the postage charge, I will refund a portion of it.I DO COMBINE SHIPPING FOR U.S. BIDDERS.
