The book is like blazing NEW!  The book has 9.8 quality and could possible be a candidate on any given day.  Just a tiny hint of wear on the back cover lover left corner.  The book is without question a solid 9.6 NM+ with any grading company.  One thing is for sure.... Comic books simply don't get much better than this and your Not going to find a nicer copy of this classic X-Men book any time soon....... Not on this Planet!
