As a 40 year serious collector with an obsessive compulsive disorder for truly high grade comic books I base my strict grading on one THING, Can the book pull the said grade from Third Party Graders Like CGC, PGX and CBGS. Ive submitted many books for grading and I have also cracked out plenty of CGC and CBCS books for my personal collection over the years.

* Tough call on this Sharp looking book. I believe it is strong enough to pull a 9.2 NM- from most grading companies, but Im going to call it a super nice 9.0 VFN/NM just to be safe. The book has Like New Quality with VERY minimal to no wear. A small surface mark by the right edge and a couple spine ticks is all I see. The book is virtually flawless aside from those few small flaws.
