* Tough call on this Nice One Owner Book. The book has beautiful Like New Quality with NM features. A little bit of wear along the bottom edge is really it's only flaw. I have to believe the book pulls at least a 9.0 VFN/NM with any grading company , and quite possibly even a 9.2 NM.
