Stan Lee and Jack Kirby's famous creation of The MIGHTY THOR first took place in 43 issues of JOURNEY INTO MYSTERY before the God of Thunder got his own title in THOR #126. Here is another Kirby-plotted masterwork from the 3rd year of his own title in collectable 6.0 FN condition!

In "Galactus Found!", scripted by Stan Lee, penciled by Jack Kirby, and inked by George Klein, THOR takes the Odinship in search of GALACTUS, captures the Odinship and begins to tell his origin to THOR. Meanwhile, on Earth, a foreign country completes their creation of the Thermal Man (in his debut appearance) and rockets him to the US to wreak havoc.

You get customarily fantastically powerful and exciting JACK KIRBY artwork throughout this book-length story!

This is a solid copy of this 55-year old comic, with normal toning but no foxing, a strong binding and good color! The cover has a couple of minor, almost unnoticeable latent creases, but the interiors are perfect! There is a miniscule 3mm piece out of one lower corner. We're grading this a conservative composite 6.0 FN. The Overstreet Price Guide feels $108 is appropriate!!!
