Writer Roy Thomas comes up with another exciting adventure for the depleted team of GOLIATH, WASP, HAWKEYE - and newest member, BLACK PANTHER . . including a future member to come!!

Here's the key story that introduced the VISION! In "Behold . . The Vision!", THE VISION gains entry into the Avengers HQ and approaches the WASP, but he falls and collapses. GOLIATH rushes in, wondering what happened, and finds the VISION in a crumpled heap on the floor.

Meanwhile, HAWKEYE visits Natasha to find she has decided to become the BLACK WIDOW again. He receives a call to return to the mansion. BLACK PANTHER foils a robbery and is also called. While being examined, the VISION bursts back into life and attacks the AVENGERS. He calms down and informs them that he has been sent by ULTRON-5 to destroy them. He leads the AVENGERS back to ULTRON's hideout and into a trap, but the VISION himself challenges ULTRON and wins, saving the AVENGERS.

Story by Roy Thomas, and great art - as always - by John Buscema, who illustrated the iconic cover that has been the subject of many homages over the years!.

This is a great copy of this 55-year old comic, with a strong binding, supple pages, minimal toning and good color..
