While there he halts a dispute between two warring tribes - the peaceful PALONDS, and their cruel overlords, the HONDS - and discovers a cure for his own condition.

"The Up and Down Dooms of the Atom" was written by regular ATOM scribe Gardner Fox and illustrated by Gil Kane, with inks by his most fluid and precise inker, Sid Greene!

This is a great-looking 53-year old Silver Age ATOM -- no tears, pieces missing, or abnormal toning. The binding is strong, the colors are bright . . and the only fault we see is a corner crease on the front cover. We grade this a conservative 7.0 VF- . . . which Overstreet values at $25 . . . but we're pricing it at $10 . . with our always-L•O•W shipping!
