Up for your consideration is George Perez classic book from 1982! The book exhibits like new quality with very minimal to no wear. The book presents nicely with a beautiful cover wrap. Often times you can tell more about a book from the back cover, look at how clean that white back cover is . I believe the book pulls a 9.0 VFN/NM with most any grading company, possibly even a 9.2 NM-, with a press who knows? One thing is for sure...... This George Perez Issue is only going to get harder and harder to find, especially in higher grade like this.
