SUPERMAN has his hands full in this entertaining issue from the Spring of 1951, with three great stories illustrated by the great Wayne Boring, who set the tone for SUPERMAN's appearance for decades!

"The Prankster's Apprentice!" leads off this 52-page issue, as SUPERMAN not only has to contend with his old foe, the Prankster, but also with his new apprentice turned rival: the Trickster!

Then in "Sandor Sandor, Genius!" , SUPERMAN deals with catastrophes on the set of a huge Hollywood film, as well as the self-doubt of its famous director.

And in "The Man Who Didn't Know He Was Superman!", the Man of Steel contends with Inspector Erskine Hawkins of Scotland Yard once again - the man who has made it his life's goal to prove Clark Kent is SUPERMAN!

This is a fairly nice copy of SUPERMAN #69, with a strong binding and good color, with surprisingly little toning for its 7 decades age! There is the tiniest bit of piece missing from the top of back cover, a 1/2 inch separation at the top of the back cover, and a mild but unobtrusive stain at the top of some pages. We conservatively grade it at 3.0 GD/VG . . . which Overstreet values at $170. We think $145 sounds much better, and allows you to enjoy all of Wayne Boring's great art in this only full issue available on HipComic! And the FREE SHIPPING makes it even harder to resist!
