You get three Silver Age SUPERMAN stories in this issue from the tumultuous year of 1968, with art by Al Plastino , Pete Costanza . . . and SUPERMAN creator Jerry Siegel.

SUPERMAN stalwart Curt Swan illustrates the cover, based on the story "When Superman Killed His Friends!" by E. Nelson Bridwell and Pete Costanza, in which SUPERMAN is exposed to a piece of Red Krypronite which gives him a prophetic dream, enabling him to capture a deadlyalien  organism that would have destroyed his friends, Perry White, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen.

You also get "Clark Kent's Biggest Day!" by Leo Dorfman and Al Plastino, relating that while a magazine reporter is spending a day with him as an assignment, CLARK KENT avoids assassination attempts by the Long-Hair Gang and delivers them into the hands of the police.

The third story, "Superman's Black Magic!", is cleverly plotted by Jerry Siegel and drawn by Al Plastino. While attending a costume party dressed as the devil, SUPERMAN sees two crooks he has been looking for and pretends to be the Devil to trick the crooks into revealing all their past crimes.

This is a near-pristine, solid copy, with a strong binding, supple pages, minimal toning for its 55 years, and no tears, stress lines, or pieces missing. We're grading it a solid 9.0 VF/NM.
