Superman #199 (1971) Wow! This book has deep rich color and decent eye-appeal on this all time. classic hard to get in high-grade flash versus Superman cover. With cream/slight heavy cream tint pages and light cream inside covers. There is light fade on the front cover and a small chunk out of the lower outer end of the back cover.
