The outsides aren't that great . . but the INSIDES are terrific!! What a treasure chest of Batman fun! From 1961, when Batman WAS fun!

The lead story of the eight stories herein, is "How To Be The Batman" : Batman loses his memory after being exposed to amnesia gas, and when the antidote fails, Robin must teach the Cowled Crimefighter all that he has forgotten! Portions drawn by Bob Kane himself!

Other stories include "The Strange Costumes of Batman!", "The Origin of the Bat-Cave!"(with art by Sheldon Moldoff), and "The Amazing Inventions of Batman" where Batman gets word that one of his inventions is to be used against him, and he and Robin must then examine their many crime fighting innovations for clues. Other artists include Dick Sprang, Charles Paris and Stan Kaye!

What a lot of fun! And because of its 'a little worse for wear' condition you can read it without spending $200 to $400 here at HipComic!! The spine is bedraggled and the cover has separated above the first staple, but the binding still holds. There are lots of dimples and stress marks, but there's no foxing and the art is unaffected throughout. Overstreet says $80 even in this condition - - our price is only $20, plus our everyday L•O•W shipping charge!
