Spike and Tyke, the gruff bulldog but big-hearted father and his mischievous son, were occasional co-stars in the long string of Tom and Jerry shorts in the 40s and 50s. There are 4 great stories here, all with artwork by MGM animator Ken Champin who actually also drew them in their onscreen appearances! Involved in Spike and Tyke's usual hijinx here are Snowball the Kitten and The Spotted Terror!

This issue is actually Dell Four Color #577, only the second Spike and Tyke comic, before they got their own-named series a year and a half later, beginning with #4, following their three Four Color issues.

This is a beautiful copy - about as nice as we have ever seen in a 66-year old children's comic! Overstreet lists this at $63, kind of unbelievably! We think you'll like a price tag of $15 much better . . . and our L•O•W shipping fees will make you like it even more!!
