1st printing. Collects Amazing Spider-Man #298-300 and 315-317. This trade paperback retells the original Venom saga. Spidey's black-and-white costume, which is actually an alien life form, melds with ex-reporter Eddie Brock (no fan of Spider-Man to begin with), resulting in the popular villain known as Venom. Written by David Michelinie, with art by Todd McFarlane. Softcover, 112 pages, full color.

* I know your skeptical, as most TPB books are condition sensitive and usually beat up, especially after 30 years, but NOT this one!  This One Owner book has been untouched and preserved for 30 years now. .Im calling it a 9.6 NM+ just to be on the safe side, but  the book is virtually as flawless as the day it came off the press 30 years ago!  This is the ORIGINAL 1st print from May 1990 (2nd prints from 1992 have different covers). These high gloss TPB's were printed with premium high gloss card stock paper and are Very susceptible to wear such as Scratches,scuffs and finger prints. The one owner copy Im offering here is free of any of those flaws.   NOWHERE are you finding a nicer copy of this classic spidey book!  In fact I would challenge Anybody in the hobby to show me a nicer copy of this book.
