Silver Surfer Annual #6 (1993) NM- 9.2 First Appearance Of Legacy Polybag Still Sealed. Son of the first, and I think best, Captain Marvel, Mar-Vell of the Kree. The polybag is still sealed, which adds to the collectibility of the comic. Book looks terrific with some minor aging of the polybag.
