"Worlds Without End!" combined the talents of Stan Lee, John Buscema and Sal Buscema in this 68-page SILVER SURFER #6!

In this issue the SILVER SURFER defeats GALACTUS' barrier by flying fast enough around the planet to be sent into the future, where the barrier has faded. However, this future is also where the entire universe has been destroyed by THE OVERLORD. The SURFER tries to fight him, but his powers are too great. Finally, the SURFER decides to travel back in time to right before the accident that gave OVERLORD his powers. He stops the accident from happening, which prevents THE OVERLORD from getting his powers and thus saves the universe.

There is also a WATCHER story, "The Unsuspecting!", by Stan Lee, Syd Shores and Frank Brunner about shape-shifting aliens that secretly arrive on Earth and study mankind. They decide that the best way to take over the planet is by taking the form of TV sets in order to influence people's thinking. They are so confident in their plan that they have it published in an issue of the SILVER SURFER comic, to prove that no one will suspect it of being real!

This is a good-looking copy of this 52-year old comic, with a strong and nicely squared binding, supple pages, and minimal toning. No tears, abrasions, or ragged edged pages, save for a bit ragged area on the front cover. It all adds up to a very conservative grade of 5.0 VG/FN, for which Overstreet suggests a price of $32.00.
