1st printing. Captain America and Bucky guest star in "Fighting Side-By-Side With Captain America and Bucky!" This is the second solo Captain America crossover outside of the Avengers. Script by Stan Lee, pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by Dick Ayers. Kirby cover pencils. NOTE: 1994 JC Penney reprint exists. Can be identified by having a Bic ad on the back cover. 36 pages

They don't get much bigger than this MEGA KEY Marvel Book! The first meeting between Captain America and Nick Fury!  and it happened right here in 1964!  The book is in drop dead gorgeous condition with nice vivid color, White pages and a perfect cover wrap!  Silver age KEYS simply don't get much better than this, and certainly not at this price.  The slab is in great condition with Very minimal to no wear.
