From the one-owner high-grade DC Boca collection from Boca-Raton, Florida. It comes with a certificate of authenticity from Kermit's Pad.
This book has nice rich color on this all-time-classic grey-tone cover! There is a very faint upper-outer corner-crease on the front cover with light stresses on the spine. The back cover is sharp but there are several printers creases at the outer and bottom-edges of the back cover with another faint short one at the top-edge of the front cover that we almost missed. These do not affect the grade but we are erring on the safe-side by lowering the grade to VF+.
