High grade rarer NEWSTAND edition of the 1980 SHE HULK #1.1st appearance and origin.Created by and story written by Stan Lee in 1980.John Buscema art.It appears there are 10%-20% of Newsstands compared to comic store Editions(with Spidey face in lower box).Newsstand editions with barcode usually were handled roughly and are harder to find in high grade.

Spine is intact with no splits or tears.Corners devoid of ANY stress marks or corner ceases.Arrival date of Dec 5 1979 shows the actual arrival date of a Febuary cover(1980).There is a printers crease in the lower right.

She appears to be breaking out as TATIANA MASLANY WILL BE PLAYING SHE HULK(JENNIFER WALTERS FROM THE 1980 SAVAGE SHE HULK 1) ON DISNEY PLUS.EARLY 2022 RELEASE DATE.
