* The world's richest kid and his pals return to comics as part of Harvey Comics' revival in the early 1990s. Richie's mean cousin Reggie wants to beat Richie in a contest to win Wildmoor Castle. So while Richie and Cadbury explore the castle, Reggie has his hired thugs dress as Robin Hood and his Merry Men to scare them, in a multi-part story. The stress starts to get to Mr. Rich as he hallucinates seeing money everywhere. Little Dot's Uncle Alter changes his mind frequently. Richie Rich seems to be more popular than ever and with only 28 issues needed to complete the 1991 2nd seies it has always been a fan favorite to collect. Up for your review here is a nice copy of issue #18. The book exhibits nice Like New qualities with VERY minimal wear, mainly a couple tiny spine ticks. The book has Original cover color and gloss, and along with a perfect cover wrap it has outstanding eye appeal sure to please even the pickiest collector. Interior is complete with white page quality. I believe the book to be in the 9.0 VFN/NM grade range with most any grading service out there, possibly even a 9.2 NM- on any given day. Ive certainly seen lesser books in NM slabs. Higher grades in the series are getting tough to find. Step back to a simpler time and enjoy a good laugh with the ever popular Richie Rich!
