REAL SCREEN COMICS was the predecessor to 'The Fox and the Crow' getting their own comic.  It ran for 128 issues from the Spring of 1945 to May 1959.  The Fox and the Crow were the headliners, supported by Tito and His Burrito, and Flippity and Flop, the cat and canary chase comedy.

This 52-page issue, #16 from February of 1948, contains 7 'Fox and Crow' stories, a'Tito and His Burrito' story, 2 text pages, 'Polar Playmates' and Flippity and Flop' adventures, plus half a dozen house ads and cartoon advertisements!  And chuckles too many to count!

This copy is tight and well-cared-for without any creases or tears , just an abraded area on the front cover and a tiny piece out of the back cover = a very conservative 4.5 VG+.  This condition - for this issue - lists for $35 in Overstreet.  We think $18 is more like it, coupled with our L•O•W shipping fees!
