As a 40 year serious collector I have acquired a vast inventory of most major Marvel and DC titles, as well as many Independents, Graphic Novels, Trades and hard Cover books. I believe my grading to be conservative and based on one THING, Can the book pull the said grade from Third Party Graders Like CGC, and CBCS. Ive submitted many books for grading and I have also cracked out plenty of CGC and CBCS books for my personal collection over the years. 25th Anniversary Edition featuring Playmate of the Year Candy Loving. This Issue also includes The Playmate of the year review of the past years playmates including Marilyn Monroe, Barbi Benton and more! Also includes: Marlon Brando Interview.
The cover has some wear and light creasing, but is complete with NO: Writing. The interior pages are in Excellant condition with with No major creases, rips,writing or stains. The Candy Loving centerfold is intact and in excellant condition. The book is complete with all pages, as well as all of the original subscription cards still intact. I believe the Magazine to be in very nice VG/FN condition with VFN+ quality on the interior pages.
