Nice cream to white paper, staples have some rust and are partially pulled, a solid book. A potentially interested party asked if the book has restoration. I always look for and disclose restoration. The book is original, no restoration. It appears that at one time a piece of paper was likely on top of this book and some one wrote "36" on that piece of paper. This has caused a barely detectable "36" slight indentation on the front cover to the right of "DEC" and the left of "Lady" in the white background. This can actually be seen in the scan if you click on the scan and then right click on the image that is brought up and open the full size image in a new tab you can barely see this. Partially pulled staples means that the staples are attached but that detachment has started (a common condition of lower grade books). The book presents well and if you were so inclined, a professional restoration would be easy to make the book appear much higher grade.

CGC 2.5 #122339 Lot #17289 sold 09/24/2023 for $1,380! Copy notably lower condition than the copy I have listed.
