Heritage Auctions: a CGC 9.2 (with several notable spine color cracks, overgraded, not as nice as this one) sold in Auction 122206 on February 7, 2022 for $252 (Lot 11681). Seriously, with the number of overgraded CGC books I am seeing, why do so many value them so much? Buy the book, not the slab! :-)
