* VERY nice One Owner newsstand copy. These square bound Annuals are always tough to judge as most of the time they have some "wrinkling" by the spines due to the way they were printed. This Book displays Like New Quality with Very minimal wear. Some light printing wrinkling and a bit of edge wear along the edge on the back cover. I believe this book is Likely in the 8.5 VFN+ range with most grading companies. Possibly a 9.0
