Monster Hunters (1975 Charlton) #1 FN. Professionally graded. Pages are white to creamy off-white, supple and in excellent condition, center page firmly attached. Very light spine wear, small crease at top right corner, small chip at bottom edge of back cover that affects the last two pages, wrinkling on bottom half that affects the entire comic (otherwise it would grade higher) but there is no smell beyond that expected for the age (see scans).Scans are of the actual item.
I will combine shipping and will refund any extra amount that you pay for full-priced items. Items costing ~$75 or more will ship in a box with insurance so the shipping cost is slightly higher.
