Another Absolutely beautiful high grade Newsstand book with like new quality and virtually no wear.  It most certainly pulls a 9.2 NM-  with any grading company, and quite possibly a 9.4 NM on any given day. Very tough to pull comic books from the Newsstand like this.  Another all-time great Mike Zeck Cover!  Looks like the guy on the stand has some kind of complaint
