Beautiful One Owner Book. It features Like New Quality with VERY minimal to no wear. The book is virtually flawless and I believe it most certainly pulls at least a 9.4 NM with most any grading company, and possibly even a 9.6 NM+ Very tough black cover Chaos Book.
