Here's a pretty nice copy of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #31 - with the very first appearances of both Gwen Stacy and Harry Osborn! With really nice, clean Steve Ditko artwork!

Steve Ditko himself plotted this story that has Peter Parker registering for classes on his first day of college! He comes home to find Aunt May deathly ill and sees her to the hospital. Extremely worried about his aunt, Peter returns to campus, but being in such a depressed state, he gives everyone the cold shoulder -- including new classmates Harry Osborn and Gwen Stacy! Unfortunately for Peter, everyone sees him as selfish because of his science scholarship.

Lively dialogue courtesy of Stan Lee . . and great action with Spider-Man trying to stop the theft of nuclear devices!!

This 55-year old comic is in great shape. . . and could grade much higher than a 4.5 VG+ if not for a bit of writing at the top of the first page.
