CONDITION: Items being sold are in the condition shown in the photographs. What you see is what you get – if you have questions, please ask ahead of purchasing. Items may have stickers, stamps or other markings on the outside or inside covers (ex. “From the collection of,” Dewey Decimal stickers, etc.). Any major damage to the item will be shown in the photos. Please look carefully and ask for more photos if you’re concerned with the specific condition of a trade paperback, raw comic, hardcover, etc. Please note that I am not a professional grader and that any item not graded by a third party is described using my best judgment but this is no guarantee of the item's present condition.

Comic slabs I receive are photographed, listed and then stored away in graded comic boxes, in their original cover bag as often as is possible, which makes the comics withstand scratching and other damage.

_Graded comics:_ unless there’s an unexpectedly low grade, I try to recuperate all costs that went into it, at a minimum. Feel free to private message me if you’d like to talk about prices.

PAYMENT: Please pay within 24 hours days of an auction or offer ending. Beyond that, please let me know when to expect payment or if another arrangement needs to be made, such as waiting on a paycheck or other auctions to end.

Shipping:

_Graded Comics:_ I ship graded comics via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx (my choice) with signature delivery confirmation – it’s the only way I can verify on my end if the item arrived at your address. I'm not liable for stolen items once delivered - mail theft happens to me, too. Graded comics may gain Newton rings in transit. CGC says this is somewhat expected and it does not diminish the grade. I will not grant refunds for Newton rings.

_Graphic novels:_ All items ship securely - I wrap paperbacks/hardcovers in plastic, sealing them shut from water, and mail it in a rigid envelope or Gemini-type mailer. I pack items securely to hedge against the shippers or others throwing them around or putting heavy stuff on top. Do let me know and provide photographic evidence if your item is considerably damaged. I'm not liable for damage caused by the shippers. The combined shipping and handling cost is determined by weight and other costs associated with shipping. Extra graphic novels will cost$1-3 additional to the heaviest comic’s price. _Please add your items to your cart and then request an invoice, within which I will send the discounted shipping._

I will work with you if there’s a tracking problem with the shipper and ask that you do what’s necessary on your end. Your local USPS will help track items by the GPS with the truck and tracking bar code scanner, something I can’t request on my end, as far as I’ve seen. I cannot issue refunds for lost/request on, unless they are returned to me – since I need to pay to re-accept the item, I will deduce this from the refund. If you still wish to have the item, I request you arrange/pay for the shipping by sending me a label by Hip messages (.jpg only), by link or by PayPal.
