After 27 issues, QUEEN BEE makes a return appearance to further pester DC's greatest heroes in JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #60 from the winter of 1968!

With the main story, "Winged Warriors of the Immortal Queen!", legendary writer Gardner Fox, JLA regular penciler Mike Sekowsky, and meticulous inker Sid Greene, recount how the Queen Bee has gained the immortality serum she had previously sought 5 years earlier, but the serum has rendered her immobile! She enslaves six Leaguers and sends them on three separate quests to obtain the items she needs to cure her condition. It looks like the Leaguers will forever remain tiny and insect-like, under her power, until the ATOM turns the tables!

There is also a back-up feature - "The Seeing-Eye Humans!", from a 1953 issue of STRANGE ADVENTURES, wherein the Reynans, an alien race blinded in a cosmic accident, kidnap humans (including Captain Comet) to serve as seeing-eye helpers.

This is an attractive copy of one of DC's Silver Age top titles. It would be only another 14 months until the last of the 12¢ issues! It's in great shape for being 53 years old, with a strong binding, almost no toning, and no visible faults or blemishes! We grade it a solid 9.0 VF/NM.
