In this 52-page 'Anniversary Issue' most of the original JLA members reunite and face a new future, after a successful adventure against an 'Alien Soul Vampire'!  Gerry Conway scripts, and Luke McDonnell illustrates, "The Return of the Justice League of America!", which starts off when BATMAN, SUPERMAN, GREEN LANTERN, GREEN ARROW and BLACK CANARY are summoned by the JLA alert (Aquaman, Atom, Hawkman and Hawkwoman don't respond).

As a team they manage to defeat a gold-skinned alien who has stolen life-energies from the then-current JLA members (Vibe, Gypsy, Steel, Martian Manhunter, Vixen and Elongated Man) and restore them to the dazed heroes.  As a result of their success together, BATMAN agrees to rejoin the re-formed team as its leader. 

This is a great-looking copy from 36 years ago - there are no creases, tears, pieces missing, or abnormal toning. The binding is strong, the colors are bright . . it's amazingly tight and sturdy, with good cover gloss!
