The second volume of JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA was launched in the Fall of 2006 by writer Brad Meltzer and artist Ed Benes.  The 'second coming' of the JLA begins with Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman discussing who should be included in the revised roster of superheroes!

At the center of the new story arc is RED TORNADO, whose 'soul', which had been wrenched from his android body, is brought back to life in a new human body by DEADMAN and DOC MAGNUS working together!

Shown in this issue are over 20 DC superheroes who are being considered for membership in the new JLA!  These include GREEN LANTERN, BLACK LIGHTNING, BLACK CANARY, GREEN ARROW, HAWKMAN, AQUAMAN, POWER GIRL and THE ATOM

Included at the end of the story are 8 pages of the first chapter of writer Brad Meltzer's novel, "The Book Of Fate".
