House of Mystery (1951-1983 1st series) #46 FN-, great cover. Professionally graded. Pages are off-white with a hint of tanning at the edges, supple and in excellent condition, center page firmly attached. Spine wear, small chips at top and bottom of spine, tearing around upper staple which is still attached to the cover, lower staple is detached from cover, reading crease along spine, minor edge wear, small bump with tear in bottom edge, light fold at bottom of spine, light shadowing. Back cover: shadowing along edges, minor edge wear, ~1 ¾ inch closed tear starting at lower left edge (see scans).Scans are of the actual item.
