In "Whom the Gods Would Destroy!", Thor and Hercules have a cataclysmic battle over the hand of Jane Foster. Odin, still angry because Thor revealed his true identity to Jane, removes half of Thor's powers by giving the 'Odin Power' to Seidring. Unbelievably, Hercules defeats Thor! What an indignity in your first issue!

And in the customary 'Tales of Asgard' back-up feature, the Argonauts are called home to Asgard by Odin, in "The Summons!"

This is a great copy of this classic issue- the binding is strong, there are no tears or ragged edges, and the pages have normal toning, but no foxing. Overstreet prices this issue in a grade of 5.0 VG/FN at $92 . . . but we think $65 is much more reasonable, and gives you this issue at the best price on HipComic! (And our mere $2 shipping fee is another good reason to take this legendary issue home!)
