HA HA COMICS is considered by many Funny Animal comic collectors to be the 'Cadillac' of the genre (at least among the titles published by the ACG/Nedor/Pines/Standard consortium). Some of the best moonlighting animators of the '40s and '50s spent their evenings at home contributing stories to this title! Animators Ken Hultgren, Jim Tyer, Lynn Karp and Dan Gordon alone, are represented in this issue!

Among the ongoing characters appearing in HA HA in the Fall of 1946 were Happy Hippo, Pete Parrot, Clarence, Boogie Beaver and Izzy & Dizzy! 8 stories in all, plus 3 illustrated text pages.
