In "Cosmic Enemy Number One!" , the murder of a television actor playing GREEN LANTERN connects to an intergalactic plot against the GL Corps masterminded by Earth criminal Al Magone, once captured by ABIN SUR (who patrolled Earth before his ring was handed off to HAL JORDAN) and imprisoned on a remote planet by the Guardians. Several GREEN LANTERNS are killed and the rest fight for their lives against other villains freed by Magone. Charley Vicker is deputized as a GREEN LANTERN by Hal Jordan.

This is a pretty good-looking 54-year old Silver Age GREEN LANTERN -- no creases, tears, or abnormal toning. The binding is strong, the colors are bright - but there are stress lines, a chunk of the cover, first page and page 12 missing at lower right, and a bit of strange colored pencil markings at the bottom of page 6! We grade this a 4.0 VG. . . which Overstreet values at $16 . . . but we're pricing it at just $10 . . with our always-L•O•W shipping!
