GOLDEN AGE MISS FURY ATTACKING NAZIS PRINT 1942 Art Like Catwoman & BatmanMiss Fury was a unique heroine. She had no super powers, but was a bright and resourceful detective and fighter of evil. A cross between Sherlock Holmes, Batman and Catwoman, she used her wits, her body or a nearby nightstand lamp to accomplish her goals! Drawn and written by a woman, June Tarpe Mills, she was the first female created female comic hero.This is a beautiful exact copy of one episode of the Sunday newspaper Miss Fury from 1941-1942. All that has been done is to enhance the color as it has faded in the 75+ years since its publication. We offer 3 different entries, so look for the other 2! These prints are shipped flat in plastic envelopes and then boxed. WE ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING!Another satisfied customer!"These guys know how to ship a book. I'm really picky about the condition of books I get from Hip and have returned many for arriving with tattered edges, wrinkled spines, etc. These guys put in not one but two protective cases, one plastic envelope and another box around that with packing peanuts inside.
