GIGGLE COMICS sold nearly 1 million issues every month in the 1940s to kids who couldn't get enough Funny Animal wackiness to satisfy their oddball cravings! The GIGGLE stable of characters like Spencer Spook, Bungle of the Jungle, The Duke and The Dope, Rusty Rabbit, and others, delivered the laughs!

Artists plying their trade at night after working in animation all day included Jack Bradbury, Dan Gordon (who drew the cover), Ken Hultgren, Al Hubbard, and Bob Wickersham. This issue contains primarily Ken Hultgren art and story (nearly every story in GIGGLE, over the years, was both written and drawn by the same creative hands), with Don Arr Christensen contributing 'The Whiz Horse'!

This copy, we think, is in 6.0 FN condition for its age of nearly 70 years! - cover still attached, with only a small bit of hand scribbles and a small area of discolor on the cover. The pages are supple and not badly toned. Obviously read and enjoyed -- but respectfully!
