Flat and tight with Full gloss and off white to light cream pages.Corners are square and right angled.There are no signs of any wear or contact on the front cover.The spine has 4 faint non color breaking spine stress only visible under magnification. There is a 1/16" bindery defect bottom spine. Light foxing noted..A CGC 8.5 recently sold for $150.00.This book is clearly better.
